DELIVERY OPTIONS
We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items dispatching within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Should any unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.
- We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2 p.m. on the same day.
- We deliver across the U.K. and the rest of Europe between 9.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and from 9.30 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Saturdays.
- Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay.
- We will leave a card to rearrange delivery should no one be home to sign for your parcel.
- Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
- Unfortunately, we are currently unable to dispatch orders to any BFPO or P.O. Box addresses.
- If you would like to receive an SMS text and/or email notification for updates on your delivery, please leave a valid mobile number and email address in the shipping address when placing an order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you are delighted with your BONADEA purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your order, we will offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2 p.m. on the same day.
- On receipt of your notice of order cancellation or exchange, one of the customer service team members will get in contact to confirm the return and refund amount or item exchange.
- Items must be received by BONADEA no later than 14 days after the date of delivery. When you notify us of your cancellation we will inform you of how to return the items to us.
- Unused items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging. Any damaged, altered, or used items will not be accepted and will be returned.
- We recommend that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.
- Please note that you must cover the cost of the return or exchange shipment, unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
- Gift Returns may be exchanged. You must include your gift receipt or packing slip in the return. If your requested exchange item is of greater value than the original gift, you must pay the difference. Refunds and cash backs for lesser value items will not be provided.
- We regret that you will be unable to cancel or return the order of custom-made, personalised, bespoke or limited-edition pieces.
- Should there be any defects or damaged items in your order, please contact customer service immediately upon receipt. We will replace defective goods at the earliest possible convenience.
Refunds
- Refunds will be credited to the card used to make the purchase. In the case of pre-payment, direct debit and bank transfers, we will transfer the money back to your bank account.
- We will refund your order, excluding shipping costs on receipt of a return. This may take an estimate of 3-14 calendar days upon receipt of the returned product.
- Shipping charges and duties will not be refunded, except for manufacturing defects or damages.
How to return your order
Please contact us to inform us that you would like to return or exchange your order within seven working days of receiving the items by email at contact@bonadea.com and one of our customer service team members will help you with your return.
BONADEA is happy to arrange the collection of any return and the cost of this will be deducted from any refund due. Please email contact@bonadea.com to arrange a collection for your return.
Please pack the product in the same way you received it, using sufficient bubble wrap, foam or paper cushions for delicate pieces.
