La Sobremesa
From 20 June - 3 July 2024 celebrate Spanish craftsmanship with Bonadea in a first-time craft festival created by Gemma Martinez de Ana, founder of Bonadea, and Gloria González, interior design writer.
Set to bring vibrant Spanish culture to the Pimlico Road, the two week long ‘La Sobremesa’ Festival will be celebrated in Bonadea, 20 Pimlico Road.
Gemma and Gloria, united by their shared passion for Iberian craftsmanship and love for their native Spain, travelled extensively throughout the country seeking out the finest and most authentic ateliers and antiques to feature in the store's showcase. Highlights of the artisans on display include works and designs by Marie-Caroline Willms, Alvaro Picardo and Andrea Zarraluqui, to name only a few. Alongside Spanish antiques and linens sourced by Gemma.
In addition to the in-store gallery and shopping, there is to be a series of ‘Sobremesa Salons’ where Iberian craft specialists will be in store for demonstrations and talks.
